This man ventures to a physician
Suffering from severe and persistent abdominal pains
He knows he is hemorrhaging internally
How?
Simple; With every hacking cough
He produces copious amounts of blood
However
Before he is called back to be seen,
He leaves the medical office
Why?
Because he now realizes he is dying

Dying makes him feel alive
